President George W. Bush is probably our first puppet president. He was created by Dick Cheney, Inc. into a perfect windup doll. Unfortunately, for the American people and the world Bush junior was perfectly positioned to be a manufactured packaged political drone.

He is a scion of an old line wealthy, influential and generally respected ruling class family. He is healthy, though not particularly attractive physically and certainly not presidential looking in the classic sense. And oddly enough he has no rhetorical skills. But, he is presentable.

The Dick (Darth Vader) Cheney, Inc. machine through hook, crook and manipulation of the voting mechanism along with incompetence and libidinous Democratic Party faux pas’ which created a less than functional image to the voting public Cheney, Inc. was able to hijack the presidency and take the first step in returning to Nixon era imperial presidential power.

It all begins in the Ford White house (see Takeover – The Return of the Imperial Presidency and the Subversion of American Democracy by Charlie Savage). As chief of staff in the Ford administration Cheney, a natural power hungry dictatorial mentality, is appalled by the erosion of ‘presidential power’. What to do about it is the question.

The easiest way to get control of a people is through crisis and fear. Manufacture an attack from a foreign enemy scream from the mountain tops ‘the terrorists are coming, the terrorists are coming’ step up to the plate with a sure fire martial solution and the Elizabeth Hasselbeck’s of our nation will clamor to be herded into a Concentration Camp surrounded by the military and police force that you are told will protect you and your family absolutely.

A frightened nation first looks to a Big Brother figure to protect it, before it looks for the true dimensions of the threat. By the time everyone recognizes the truth about the situation, it is too late to unlock the chains Big Brother has attached to your ankles.

Dick Cheney, Inc needed an Alamo, Lusitania, Reichstag, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin to begin the process of returning Imperial power to the presidency.

They found it!

It is not difficult for a Cheney, Inc organization with access to all the intelligence data flowing through our Intelligence networks to find just the right terrorist operation being hatched against us to use as an instrument of their grand design to obtain absolute power.

They found it in Osama Ben Laden’s plan to attack the World Trade Center.

I allege that Dick (Darth Vader) Cheney, Inc. allowed 9/11 to occur.

At every key point, some deliberate sin of omission is evident. From the failure to take seriously the first plan to hijack airliners in the Far East and fly them into specific high profile targets on the West Coast. All the way to the question of why no air patrols were ever scrambled in a tmely manner when the alert was sounded that three airliners were hijacked. How did the Bush family connection to the Ben Laden family result in immediate permission for the Ben Laden family members in the US to exit the country even in the midst of a complete aviation stand down?

To my knowledge no responsible oversight authority has asked these questions in a public and comprehensive manner and nor have they provided detailed answers to the public concerning these questions in a forum that would once and for all clear or expose this obscene Republican Administration maneuver to take another step toward an Imperial presidency.

This article cannot be comprehensive because of the lack of financial resources to mount a meaningful, reputable and thorough investigation such as the Woodward and Bernstein  ‘Watergate Expose’. This article calls upon those who do have financial resources and/or influence such as George Clooney, Sean Penn, Rosie O’Donnell etc, to organize together or separately a team of reputable investigative reporters to pursue with vigor this allegation.

Dick Cheney is the key to the whole grand plan.

Woodward and Bernstein were told to follow the money. I suggest follow the rise to power of Dick Cheney and examine the motive as it relates to the goal of creating an Imperial Presidency and a police state with the Republican Party at the controls of our government and world power.

In Criminal procedure, means, motive, and opportunity is a popular cultural summation of the three aspects of a crime needed to convince a jury in a criminal proceeding.

I suggest that enough circumstantial evidence exists to suspect a grand design to our descent into a defacto police state.

Historically, the only way to justify absolute power willingly given to one man or organization is to create ‘fear of great magnitude’ in the population. It is probably older than Julius Ceasar’s power grab that ended Roman representative government.

Dick Cheney, Inc had the motive...i.e... an imperial presidency.

Dick Cheney, Inc had the means…i.e.… access to the broadest scope of intelligence information available to one individual.

Dick Cheney, Inc had the opportunity…i.e… an obscure jihadist, with an ambitious plan to attack America. All Dick Cheney, Inc had to do is make it possible for Osama Ben Laden to succeed.
